He kept us safe when there were passing boats and we felt well supported :) He even provided us with lots of recommendations for activities and food places. Be prepared that this is not an easy tour - our guide Mike told us at the end that we had burned about 600 calories in the 3 hours. The cave was cool, but very rocky and very slippery. There were opportunities to snorkel or cliff jump. We saw a beautiful sunset and enjoyed a glass of wine once we got back! I was shocked that my arms weren’t sore the following day!”
