He was very apologetic and was able to find another boat owner to fulfill the reservation. The boat and crew were great. They brought us to a few of their favorite locations. The weather and sights were beautiful! We ended at the Old City. We were told this was normally an up charge but the owner covered it as part of his apology. Mistakes happen and luckily crisis averted. Overall a great day!”
